If your cargo’s temperature needs to be regulated to maintain its quality, don’t risk spoilage on the go! A properly planned and implemented temperature regulation system can keep the cargo on the desired temperature through the entire ride.

Temperature range
The first aspect to consider when planning the thermal regulation system is the temperature range it has to be able to maintain. This is usually defined by the cargo. Many goods require specific permits and technical criteria to be transported legally, these must be considered while planning the transporter vehicle.
We offer refrigeration units capable of maintaining up to deep freezing (-20°C) temperatures.
Certain goods (like chemicals, medicine, livestock) require thermally stable environments. For this, we offer various heating solutions.
Drive
Refrigeration units can utilize the following power sources:
- Direct drive: This unit’s compressor is built into, and driven by, the vehicle’s engine compartment. This is the most common solution, ideal for general use.
- Dual drive: This type is a direct drive unit, that can be connected to an external (electric) power source too. If you need to keep the cargo cold while the engine is shut off, this is the ideal unit type.
- Dual drive: This type is a direct drive unit, that can be connected to an external (electric) power source too. If you need to keep the cargo cold while the engine is shut off, this is the ideal unit type.
- Purely electric: This is the most modern unit type, the van refrigerator of the future. The unit is driven by an electric motor that can be powered from the electric system of a hybrid or purely electric vehicle.
Performance
The following aspects should be considered when choosing the required cooling performance:
- Required minimum temperature.
- Transported cargo, nature and quantity.
- Size of the cargo area.
- Technical specifications of the insulation.
- Transportation profile (duration, stops, etc.)
Brand and price-value ratio

Compressor bracket
The gas compressor of a direct drive unit is installed into the engine compartment using a compressor bracket that matches the vehicle. We only use brackets manufactured by a specialized third party. This way the vehicle’s original warranty stays intact.
